Rotisserie Menu standard Canapes

A fuller description of the standard Canapes served as an alternative to the starter with the Rotisserie menus, or as an additional course at £4.50 ex VAT.

7/8 pieces per person as follows:

Smoked salmon blinis (1.5 per guest):  Homemade blinis, local smoked salmon, chopped egg & onion. creme fraiche, lumpfish roe.

Bruschetta 1 (1.5 per guest):  Sourdough, roasted red pepper & roasted tomato, basil

Bruschetta 2 (1.5 per guest):  Sourdough, crushed chickpeas with lemon, braised curly kale, red chilli.

Cocktail sausages (3 per guest):  Coated in honey & sesame, with a ketchup dip with Mrs Bassa's Tamarind Paste, Pickled Garlic and Moglai Curry Paste.
