All feast food is put on tables for sharing

 

Mediterranean

£29.50 ex VAT for 3 courses

One starter, main course and pudding should be chosen

which all guests will eat.  Vegetarian options will be provided

for main courses.

Starters

Anti-pasti - olives, salamis, parma ham, roast peppers,

bread, dipping oil, bruschetta

or

Tapas - pimientos padron, serrano ham, hot

chorizo, ensaladilla russa, whitebait

or

Mezze - moutabel, falafel. tabbouleh,

fava bean puree, beetroot & yoghurt, flatbread

Main courses

Butterflied lamb to carve on tables

Lemon potatoes, Rocket and tomato salad

or

Chicken & seafood paella

with langoustine or king prawns

Green salad

or

Chicken skewers with Lebanese garlic sauce

Rice

Puddings

Ricotta tart

or

Almond tart with Oloroso

or

Sliced oranges and rosewater

 

 

The French Feast

 

£35.00 ex VAT for all dishes or priced individually

Foie gras on toasted brioche served as canapes

during reception £5.00

Langoustine (if available) or King Prawns

Plate of crudites £5.00

Sourdough bread

1lb beef sirloins on wooden boards on tables for carving by guests £18.00

Bearnaise sauce

Small number supplement:  Prices are based on 90 people.  For each person

less add 15p per head (i.e. for 80 add £1.50 per head)
